Negotiating Skills

Being well prepared by completing your homework is half of being a good negotiator. The other parts are active listening, asking questions, firmly advocating – while always maintaining the highest levels of integrity.

Negotiations on both sides of the table are similar. When we are representing the seller, it’s important to look carefully at the entire proposal, breaking it down piece by piece. The goal is to sell the property, but often there are milestones to be negotiated along the way. We are highly skilled in navigating any and all obstacles, and preparing a legally binding agreement to get you to SOLD.
