As Team Lead of the Bonnie Smith Group and a fourth-generation Atlanta native with deep metro-area knowledge and a focused specialization in North Atlanta, Bonnie Smith brings over a decade of real-estate experience and more than $190M in closed and pending sales since 2022. Known for her hands-on service, high-impact marketing, and data-driven approach, she supports sellers and buyers across all price points — from world-class luxury properties to first-time homebuyers.

While Bonnie shares her hometown of Atlanta with her parents and grandparents, she and her husband Brad made Alpharetta/Milton their home in 2005 because of the great schools, safe neighborhoods, and family-centric lifestyle — all hallmarks of the communities north of Atlanta.

 

Bonnie is a graduate of Florida State University. When she’s not working for her clients, she enjoys tennis, hiking with her dogs, and spending time outdoors.
